Hey Family,

How the Family doing? Sorry that i couldnt send a letter last week the internet wasnt that great and i didnt want to sit infront of a computer for 4 hours to write one letter. Mom i have some answers to you questions. I have not got my package yet, I am doing fine we have been getting quite a few more investigators lately the members are helping out with that a ton. We have a baptism marked for the 7th of Feb. I am pretty excited. The weather has been very dry, it rained for like 2 weeks straight and for about the last two have been very dry. I think that it will rain alot here really soon.

I really enjoyed the pictures this last week the new door looks awesome i like it alot. I also enjoyed the pictures of Ainzly, she is so cute. I think that she looks alot like her mother. Dad thats quite the beard you got going on. The house is gonna be totally diferent when i get home. By the way this transfer i hit my 5 and 6 month markes crazy huh.

I am really enjoying it here i am having the time of a lifetime. I am learning a new language which is very difficult but it is teaching me that as i continue to try and ask the Lord he will provide. I am loving every minute of it there is nothing i would rather be doing at this time other than serving a mission.

I hope everyone back home is doing well i will be trying to get pictures in the next couple of weeks. But it was good to hear from you all and i hope you have a good one and i will talk to you soon. (Next Week, hopefully the internet is better)

Hey,
This week was great
Mom my shoes are gone along with a pair of slacks a white shirt and some garments. ya but its ok i can buy new for really cheap. I wanted to tell you something i can get a diamond here and i was thinking it could be for my wedding ring and it's not very expensive. I can get a diamond the size of a dime on a ring and then another one the size of a pencil eraser for $750 but it would be awesome to give my future wife a diamond ring from Mocambique. so let me know what you think. The person getting it goes home in 4 months and he is going to go to BYU-I and he will take it home to me. Just let me know next week. You remember that ring i found with the metal detector try and find it and put it in my package please. Let me know.

Dear Fam,

Another awesome week actually i gave the whole mission a laugh. I have a disgustingly funny gross story for you guys. It all started this last saturday we went to a members house and i got in kind of a crappy situation. i accidentally steped on this cement thing on the ground and the next thing i know it collapses you can probably guess but i was up to my belt in somthing all i can say is i was standing over the septic tank. It was the most disgusting thing ever i was covered in Mozambican crap. So i was in a pretty crappy situation. but i made it out ok. i went home and cleaned off scrubbing my body so hard that my skin hurt. I think that i was the cleanest i had been since baptism when i got out of that shower. But it's another great story for the mission, something i will defenetly never forget.

Well we have another investigator with a baptisimal date she is way awesome her name is Saundra. She comes to everything the church does even the things she's not really supposed to. But president told me i was most likely getting transfered this next one so i will be leaving my branch. I am kinda sad because i hav e made alot of good freinds here in Beira 1.

The language is coming still it is way hard for me but i just need to continue to talk to people and my language skills will increase. I enjoy everything iam going through in my mission so far i have learned so much and will continue to learn as i study. The Holy Ghost is an awesome help on a mission and in life i have learned that it helps.

Well i hope you guys liked my story i am doing just fine don't worry about me i love you all so much and am grateful for your prayers. Have a great week and have fun watching ainzly mom. I want some More Pictures of her and the family maybe even Kraigs girlfreind. Love you lots.

Dear Fam,

How's everything going back home? It sounds like everything is awesome. That's neat to hear that grandma had a good time staying with you. It's also awesome to hear that Ainzley was blessed.

Sounds like everyone was out and about on New Years. We had 10 people staying in our house so we played the Train game like 6 times. I was so excited to see they had the train game here.Then we stayed up until 12 and watched all the crazy fireworks. We watched the fireworks from the roof of our neighbors house in the rain so that was pretty fun.

We have a sister in our area we have been teaching her name is Saundra she is so awesome. She will be getting a baptismal date this week. I like her alot she comes to church every sunday and she is always at all the other activities. She will be a very good member. We have been teaching alot more lately things seem to be picking up a little bit. So i am pretty excited.

I can say that my trestimony has grown alot in these last 2 months i've been here i know that the lord will help you out if you just ask him. He wants to help and he wants you to make him a part of your life. I love seeing people change their lives for the church, it is awesome to see someone find something they didnt know they were looking for.

My holiday season has been great and i hope that yours has been too. Some things i would like in a package are crystal light and chocolate and Taco Bell Hotsauce and anything else you think i would like. The first package hasnt got here yet but it will. Well thats about it for this week i hope you all have a good week next week and i look forward to all of your letters. I want you all to know i love you and miss you alot.

Dear Fam,

Hey it was really good to hear from all of you, mom you said you might be sending a package the way to do it is in a flat rate box. i just have a couple things i want and i forgot to tell you on the phone. I want Koolade the pre mixed stuff if you can and the packets. It sounds like you all had a good christmas thats awesome. I should be getting that first package here in a couple of weeks so i'm pretty excited. Yes, we had a baptism saturday it went really great. The guyu bappptising her had to do it 4 times though. It was really good to hear from you all time is just flying by i can't beleive it. I still want the pictures of the family if it is at all possible.The work is actually starting to pick up we have been teaching alot of people lately. Me and Elder wade are getting along great we are having alot of fun. I think i will start loosing a little more weight when i get transfetred cause i wont be sitting around at the church all day. but i'm still havin alot of fun. Sadie i need you to get Jamie Sheppered e-mail address again i lost it. But i hope you all have a good week and i promise i will write more next week. I love you guys so much.

Hey Fam,

I hope you guys are having a good holiday season, it's a little different here but it's still Christmas time which is hard to beleive. At the Church we have been having alot of Christmas Parties, We have been having alot of fun. The weird thing is you guys talking about snow i find myself trying to remember what snow even is. But i just sit under the air conditionar and get a glimpse of what it is like.

I guess I should probably answer dad's questions so he has something to talk about in sacrament meeting. I have'nt seen any animals really other than massive frogs, lizards all over the place and fish. Funny story about the fish, the last week it has been pouring rain here and when it rains our street feels up with water and when it feels up with water the sewer fills up with water to, so then you have the sewer bubbling up through the ground and everything smells like crap literaly. But the kids that live below us found a way to clear out the drain so than everything was getting back down into the depths of the African Sewer io can only imagine what else is in there. But when the water was going into the sewer the kids where siting there catching the fish that had swam out of the sewer i am talking about a foot and a half cat fish. they probably caught like 5 of them in the last 3 days. CRAZY!!!!!

There is so much rain here our road just turns into a river it is kinda cool, but the sewer rain water is gross and then you have all the kids that go out and swim in it cause it's like 2 feet deep awesome huh. My living conditions are awesome. I live in a fatty house that is huge. i eat way good i eat alot of beans and nuts, the native food here is way good i like it alot. i like Matopa and Chovi they are 2 great dishes from here. I walk everywhere in our giant area but i like it it is way fun. i put alot of miles on these shoes. But ya.

We have and investigators getting baptised this saturday i am super excited for here she is really awesome and has an awesome testimany. She will be baptised the 27th. We are having a hard time sitting with people during the holidays i kinda can't wait until there over. The weeks are just flying by it's almost christmas.

About calling me here it's changed a little bit i hope that it dosent get in the way of things and i hope everyone can be there to talk. You will have to call me on christmas Eve at 10:00 in the Morning that will be 7:00 at night for me. You can call me at 843988976. It might be hard to get a connection but keep tryin.

Hey Mom i want you to do something for me i need to know how much money i have in the bank in my Checking and Savings. I want you to tell me on the phone when you call. I need to know how much i have. I guess i will talk to you all on wednesday have a good couple days and have fun Happy B-day Kurt and Kraig And Julie.

HEy Fam,
I am having so much fun here i love it here, the language is starting to come along i think and Elder Wade is helping me out alot. We have been having a hard this week nobody seems to be home when we go to their houses but this week we are gonna make sure we get alot more lessons. I love the members here they are really trying to help me out with my Portuguese. This week flew by it seems like i was just writting you yesterday. I can't beleive i have already been on my mission for 3 months that is so crazy. I look so forward to the letters i get from you guys. I am finally starting to get a little comfortable when i am teaching but it is still pretty hard. Right now we are taching alot of people that will be leaving soon alot of people come to school here and then during school vacation they go back home for like 2 months so we'll see what happens. this next saturday i will know if i am being transfered or not i hope that i get to stay with Elder Wade but i'm not sure if i will. Its almost been 1 transfer here in Mozambique crazy!!!! Thats awesome that Scott got a truck I wanted to wish him a happy birthday, the big 27 dang well happy birthday. i wish i could of had ice cream and cake that sounds so good, Mom it;s weird when you say its cold i think i've already forgot what cold is... It's alright if the package dosent make it on time i will be fine. Alot of the Elders here have their parents send it flat rate so maybe next time you could do that they say it's alot faster. But oh well. Dad Diana will get over it eventually she needs to understand that this gospel blesses families and it was'nt the lords will for their family at this time, but i know as they continue to strive for a job their chuck will get one it's just a matter of time. Look at this way how long have you been waiting to have a good jobr since the site. A long time, we are all gonna have hard times before it gets better and thats just something the people in the world need to learn. But i hope she gets over it because you guys are pretty good freinds. Kraig thanks for the letter i enjoyed it, you sound pretty excited to be done with school almost. So Scott still hasnt wrote me for a while somebody needs to get on him for me. Hey sadie how are you? How's Kurt and Julie Doin? Those pictures were awesome of ainzley. Well i better go, i hope you all have a good week and i look forwards to your letters next week.
